Photography during the address was verboten. (At least to NNV who was
following the rules.)
The rotunda “annex” tent ready for the rotunda
overflow.
Let’s not even consider how much this structure cost us!
The usher on the left was one of the “camera
police” whose duty it was to make sure
your editor didn’t use her camera once the ceremony had started. Note her
combative
stance. She was serious about this. (She’s also way bigger than your editor.)
