
At 6:30 AM Nella Henninger tiptoed outdoors and
arrested a sprinkling of snowflakes mid-flight in the flash of
her camera. A casual coyote pricked his ears at the sound of tiny prey under the
snow-laden garden. Or did he?

“The moon on the crest of the new-fallen snow…” wasn’t really the moon, was it?
